Your wealth..
Your belongings..
Your status..
Doesn't matter.

We chase things in this world from the moment we are born til the moment we die. But does it really matter?
While wealth permits us more exotic ways of enjoying ourselves, it's not the money we look back on. It's the laughter and memories shared with those who truly matter to us.
 
As children, we seek acceptance and love. As adults, we seek the same things. And it's the simplest and most meaningful things we remember the most. 

A smile..a laugh..a lover's embrace. 

If it is fame and fortune you seek, remember to seek it not for selfish pursuits. What is money for but to be spent on necessities and pleasure. Keep all that you have not for yourself, but for those who you love and who love you in return. 
And when in doubt, think back on that burning house and ask yourself..
