When something's wrong
And you feel empty inside
Yet I don't know what triggered it
Then everything hits you
The overthinking begins
And you just lay there and cry
Hoping the feeling don't last long 
Waiting for the happy feeling to kick in
Soon you'll be smiling and laughing again ..
