#138 A KINDLY NEIGHBOR Read Count : 114

Category : Poems

Sub Category : N/A
Mr. Jones, Oh Mr. Jones, I need a kindly neighbor.
You see my car is stuck in mud; I don’t want you to labor.
Do you have a board I can put under the tires for traction?
Having to get to work fast, I must get this car into action.
Thank you, oh thank you. It’s great to have such a friend,
Who can get me on the way and put this mess to an end.
