#130 WALK LIGHTER Read Count : 106

Category : Poems

Sub Category : N/A
The longer you sit, the stiffer you git.
Everyone tries to tell you so.
Get up and get out, and walk about,
Or weaker your muscles will grow.

If you just a waita, then a couch potato
You’ll become as you lay ‘round at home.
Don’t be a stick in the mud, becoming a dud,
Not being able to get out of your chair to roam.

Take in a sight, your burdens become light
And your heart starts pumping a song.
Stress relieved, forgotten your pet peeve,
You’ll walk lighter the whole day long.
