My memory of you so present
Always in my thoughts, which seem so real.
I still hear your voice
Some days very clear
I know your still with me
Although your work here complete
It took along time to accept
This is how I knew my dad
I remember the jokes
Everyones laughter
Ringing down the hallway
I'm sure still heard today
It was the little things he did, just to brighten someones day
The students he touched
Being there teacher
There friend
Held our family together with love
Shared with many friends
He never knew a stranger
Would give anyone a hand
Always knew how
Had a awnser
For him, was easy
Very talented
Many things he taught me
At first not understood
Like how to treat people right
Which he did everyday
Dad worked hard, and was honest
to everyone he met
I'm so glad for what short time I known him
Always proud to say that was my dad
