Let's drink from the Chalice, that wonderful cup
For our sins that so burden, the Lord lovingly takes up
As we drink from the cup and eat of the bread
We know that our savior has taken away our dread
As I thank God for His forgiveness and for His love
I'm left without guilt and filled with peace from above
Leaving His house with a big smile on my face
I am feeling so blessed and filled with His grace
And, when guilt and sin come upon me during the week
I think of the times when I kneel at His feet
And know God will be there to forgive me when I fall
As I ask for His grace and He answers my call.
