                    Chapter One

Egypt dominated the world after Darius and Cleopatra captured Sparta. They used the power of the greatest combined force anybody had ever seen however enslaved Spartas' poor villagers. The man who lead the Spartans at war was King Henry he of which thought he had the war won until Horus aided Egypt.

Henry's right hand man walked up to him while he was teaching a black smith about swords.

"King Henry...been a long time." Bray greeted his King.

"Yes it has. How are my people adjusting to this new life?" Henry asked quietly.

Bray looked around and shook his head. Henry took it as a not so good sign and looked at the ground.

"We have to do something Bray; I don't know what or when but somehow I'm getting us out of this mess." Henry frowned in honesty.

"We can build an army of rebels maybe gain some Egyptian slaves." Bray smiled weakly and walked away.

King Henry watched him walk away and he nodded as the thought painted a picture. Yes, he thought, this could be the answer.

Henry taught the blacksmith how to create the best top of the line weapons. It costed a good six hours and as the time dragged King Darius came to the two men.

"Ahh King Henry of Sparta....what treachery befalls here?" Darius narrowed his eyes watching the blacksmith.

"Teaching this young man to make best of the best weapons of war." Henry glared at Darius.

Darius gripped a beautifully crafted sword engraved with a golden neck and precious stones on the blade face.

"Is this one done?" He glanced at the young man.

The boy nodded and Darius stepped away and gave the air a variety of skilled swings and defense moves. A smile had risen like the morning sun on Darius' face.

"Well done my boy you're just getting better and better as the sun rises and sets." Darius smiled putting the sword back in its place.

Henry looked around the environment. It was heartbreaking watching men, women, and children get taunted and shoved by soldiers. One soldier took a mans' clothing and teased him holding it high above his head. He threw them in his face yelling 'You are nothing!'. Another scenario that caught his attention was Bray involving himself into a confrontation with four Egypt soldiers defending a woman. Henry hurried to the feud and shouted.

"Bray stand down!" Henry stopped in between the five men.

"Stand down? No chance in hell will they get away with mistreating people especially women." Bray held his sword prepared for a strike.

A wave of fear and irritation shot King Henry as Darius joined into the event like it was a party.

"What do we have here; a sword drawn to Egypt?" Darius smiled and stared at Henry.

"Bray-" Henry attempted to settle the situation but was cut off when Darius raised a hand.

"Bray tell me something," Darius gave Bray a serious look. "Are you trying to get more people hurt? Death is the outcome if you dare make the move."

"King Darius I want a man to man battle with this one." Bray pointed his sword at a well built Egyptian who greatly resembled a barbarian. How ironic....

"He's not one of mine I'll leave it to you." Darius gave permission for the one versus one battle and backed away watching.
