As I walked down the long road with a empty heart and anxiety still in my chest, I replay the scene into my head. After working up years of confidence it was gone in just a few minutes. I couldn't help the smile that light up my face once I glanced up at the end of the road. I was smiling because I could see it again, the one thing that always made me excited as a kid, that one thing that ends before the moon begins.It always was there for me after a hard day. It never judged me and was always my shoulder to cry on. Wet tears began for form into my eyes again but not because of her, because it was there for me again.
