#34 MORNING Read Count : 116

The alarm clock rang and I push for a snooze.
Then I remember if you snooze, you may lose.
So I struggle to get out of bed just past dawn,
And I stretch and stretch while giving a yawn.
A run through the shower seems to clear my head,
And my body starts pumping as soon as I’m fed.
Running outside I hop right into my car.
I’m glad I say that to work is not far.
Then as I go off to a real busy day I know,
It won’t be ‘till night that things can go slow.
