Hey Jack!" Called Jimmy at the end of the day. "Have you heard the news? There is going to be a new girl coming to school tomorrow." He continued without waiting for an answer. 
    "Um, no i didnt know this actually and I really don't care. Their usually all the same anyway. Anyway can't talk right now. Mom wants me home on time this time." Replied Jack. He loved Jimmy but sometimes the guy needs a reality check. He doesn't seem to understand that most things dont interest him in this town. 
     As Jack was walking home from school he thought he had heard someone following him. "I must be hearing things." He thought to himself. A few minutes earlier he heard the noises again. It was very slight but he could still hear the slight noise of foot steps. "You know if you were gonna kid nap someone you should probably be more quiter." He said with a sarcastic tone as he was turning around. 
     What he saw surprised him though. It was a girl about his age. She was average but at the same time something intrigued him about her. "And you should be nicer when talling to a lady." She replies back.
     Jack was so startled by how sweet and nice her voice sounded. " Are you going to stand there and stare or are you gonna apologize?" She said annoyed. "Uhhh. Oh, yea sorry. M-my name is Jack by the way. Sorry today was adgitating. Didn't mean to come off as rude." 
     She stood there for a second kind of observing. Like she was judging him from head to toe. "Alright. I'll except that. My names Kat, Kat Pike to be specific." She replies back.
"You new to town?" He asks.
"Yep, just moved in last week. I start school tomorrow I guess." She answers.
"Not much ever really happens here but welcome to Peak Valley, home to the boring." He laughs.
     She has a beautiful smile he notices. Then again everything about her is beautiful. Her eyes, her hair, and her laugh. Her eyes are the most ocean blue I've ever seen, with a little green ring torwards the middle. I wonder--
"Hello?" She says.
"Huh? Oh, what did you say?" He replies ashamed he'd been caught.
"I said, your funny. I have to go but I'll see you at school tomorrow."

     She takes off in the opposite direction only to stop around the corner. "He's just perfect." She says as she smiles viciously.
