Some have an easy road or
So people say,
Although I know that you know
They had to struggle everyday.
I follow millions on the road of
Life,
I was encouraged to keep moving
Forward taking smaller strides.
Along the road I lived through all
Four seasons,
I watched flowers come to life
Then die for several reasons.
It wasn't just the flowers either
But people I knew and strangers too,
Sometimes you feel so alone here
But there's that living river in you.
You can run and do anything you
Want but remember tomorrow,
It is never honestly promised for
Some of us that's our great sorrow.
There will be road blocks or maybe
A stormy day,
Keep the head held high chin up you
Will find your way.
