Around the table our family sits this day of Thanksgiving
We take the time to thank God for all that he has given
For love and family, both things we all cherish
And also the feast that has been prepared to nourish

Gathering around the table we share love and pleasure
Of memories of wonderful times and all that we treasure
Our God has been good to us we all chime in to say
As we count up the blessings on this Thanksgiving Day.
