How can I be a hero when I'm the one needing to be saved?

What a good question. 
I may be optimistic but that doesn't mean I don't have a pessimistic side. 
I'm no hero. I'm not better than any other human being. 

I write, say positive things and try to help others. Yes, but that doesn't mean I am superior to any other living soul on this planet. 

I feed off of other people's energy, their vibes. There is nothing better than helping someone through a rough patch in their life and just getting a simple thank you. 

People expect so much, that's the problem. If you expect things you're already setting yourself up for disappointment. 

There are good people and there are bad people. It's how the world is. 
There are more good people in the world than people think. 

We all have been hurt in some way, shape or form. 
Whatever it was, it made us guarded. 
Made us not trust others. 

We all have our walls, we all have that surface we allow others to see to distract them from all that is submerged within. 

We need to allow ourselves to be who we are, not what we think others want us to be. This is your life, live it as you choose to live it. 

Be your own kind of hero and climb up from that abyss that you submerged yourself so deep into. People will influence you, motivate you and help you. 

Don't wait for someone to save you, when it's been you who could save yourself the whole time.
