Ingredients:
Chopped garlic
Sliced and quartered onion
Bite-size cut red pepper
Steamed rice
Steamed broccoli
Single scrambled egg
Chopped ginger root
Chicken breast or shrimp or beef (or none)

Sautee the chicken/shrimp/beef in the red pepper, ginger root, onion, garlic. Add rice and broccoli towards end. Sautee single egg in remaining flavor in pan.

If it's really good, you don't need soy sauce or sesame oil or rice vinegar.
