"What can I get for you?" I asked the very handsome customer that just pulled up at the window. "I'll take a blended drink" he says. I pay mild attention to him since I just executed a terrible relationship and wasn't interested in him. As I finish with his order and move on to the next customers in line, I notice he pulls his truck around and parks. He gets out and I try not to pay to much attention to him approaching. He walks up to the window looks at me and says "how old are you?" "19". He looks almost unsure as he paused and then responds with with a smile on his gorgeous face with "can I give you my number?" I was not interested in getting involved with anyone, I was very sceptical. Still, "I'll give you mine because if you give me yours I probably won't call you" I answer. I write it down for him and he says thank you and then he drives away. My first thought is -he isn't going to call why did I have to be so rude?- yet I wasn't sure why I even cared I was sure I wanted nothing to do with it. Yet everytime my phone received a message I got a little tingle feeling in the pit of my stomach hoping it was him but for a while it wasnt. Then four hours of waiting I get the message, the one that curved my plans, -hey, this is Jase.- I just stared at the message I clicked reply but didn't know what to say. After a few minutes of anticipation I respond -hey I didn't think I would hear from you- and that's the moment it all began. Once I responded there was no turning back.
