Am a girl child,
Who labour for my livelihood,
I long to go to school,
But am forced to became fool,
My desire for school,
Crushed, forced to work with many tools.
I worked hard for all day long,
For the bread that I belong.
My eyes swelled up with tears,
This is how I worked for the past years.
My eyes were glistening with tears,
Whenever I look at my dears.
I worked frantically to finish on time, sweat glistened on my forehead, in course of time,
As I walked, the road glistened wet after the rain,
I struggle to reach home but in vain,
And was got up in the mids of rain,
Which spoiled the dress of mine,
I had a dress only one,
No way to exchange since I had none.
