Crying is like breathing.  The more you hold on it,  the more you let out. 

You saw her crying in pain "Are you okay" you asked.  She looked up and she saw you.  She wiped her tears "yes I'm okay.  I'm perfectly fine" she answered and a light smile formed from her lips but her eyes are sad.  You hug her tight because you knew that she isn't okay "why are you like that?  Acting tough even when you are so close to breaking? " you asked her while hugging her so tight.  "For how many decades,  I'm always alone whenever I'm unwell because I don't want anybody to see me weak...  To see me vulnerable.  No matter how hard the situation is,  no matter how much pain will it cause you,  no matter how hopeless it is.  You have to look at the crowd while smiling,  wearing the mask that you used to wear before" she answered and her tears started to fall again.  "You know what  no matter how strong you are, there are times that you need to let your pain, your frustration, your worries and your troubles comes out.  Crying doesn't mean you're weak.  In fact crying is the best way to express the pain." You said and you comfort her.
