"My Spark "    10-04-16

I lost my spark 
Now sitting in the dark 
I now face this world all alone
Cold as ice and hard as stone
With a heart so frail
And skin so pale 
Are the words that linger
That were once wrapped 
Around your finger
For there’s a light at each end of this tunnel you shout
Cause your just as far in
As you’ll ever be out 
And these mistakes you’ve made 
You’ll just make them again
If you’d only try
Turning around 
For I know that it’s gone
But I still can’t move on
For the love we once shared
Is no longer there.
