One day on a beautiful fall day a woman was walking through the woods with 2 boys.  They were enjoying walking through the leaves and the sun shining down and watching squirrels run around when they heard a loud shot and figured someone was hunting.  They heard some noise coming from a few yards from where they were walking.  They continued walking and the noise got louder and they continued on cautiously but still enjoying the walk when they cleared the trees they couldn't believe what was in front of them, it was a bear this bear was huge and they all just froze. The kids were scared but the woman just held them tight and told them not to scream and just then the bear turned and spotted them.  The woman told the kids to run and hide and she will take care of the bear so the kids ran back to a rock and the woman came and they waited until it started to get dark and didn't hear anything so they decided to wait and wait.  It got very very dark and the older boy said "I think it's gone". When they looked over they saw nothing. Than another boy said "let's go home".  So they went home together.
