I am torn between life and death,
As I lay here counting my breath.
You still can't find the door to my heart,
As you look in at me, you've torn me apart.

Looking at my heart, you see it torn,
I haven't felt your type of love before.
Do you see me crying, and
Can't you see that I'm dying?

Ever since we both went our separate ways,
All I think about is death.
I think of your loving embrace,
Your hands & arms built with grace.

Please do not ignore me like I'm not there,
Please don't be so unfair.
Don't be so cruel and so cold I beg you.

I'm no longer torn between life and death,
Loneliness trails my every breath.
