By now, we all know Fake President loves ratings, so here goes one for Puerto Rico's hurricane recovery:

After three full weeks since Maria hit the island:
- 80% of people are still without power - Grade F
- 36% of people still without drinking eater - Grade F
- 63% of cell towets still not working - Grade F

Solid F average. This is a disgrace, a disaster like the world has never seen. Sad!
