For anyone out there reading this, I know that you've been through horrible experiences but trust me, you can walk out of it, don't let it affect you for the rest of your life.

 There's always something you can learn out of your experiences and that will be your strength.  

I'm not asking you to forget, that's impossible. But you have got to learn to let go and by letting go, I don't mean to forget. That's impossible! The past will always be a part of you, those scars will never fade and those not nightmares won't cease to exist, no matter how much you wished it would! But as you grow older (even if you already are an adult, we are all still babies at heart that is learning every single day), as time passes,  you'll find that those experiences don't bother you that much anymore, it's not that you're starting to forget, rather it is that you're growing stronger and better as an individual. It's not that the pain or trauma is subsiding either, rather you have grown immune to it or used to it till it no longer affects you. That means you're a stronger person now and remember, you are you! Don't let anyone tell you otherwise on how to feel, act or behave! 
This is my take on the very famous saying "Time will Heal".

One last thing, I know that the world we live in is an extremely cruel and unfair place to be. While I've been betrayed, backstabbed, ignored, shunned and looked down upon before, I still live on even if I have to cry through it. Why? Because I have a dream and passion, that I want to see through and accomplish! Because while there are many horrible people out there, there are kind individuals too! And their kindness always inspires me to carry on. The way they hold true to their beliefs and stay true to themselves no matter how society views them is beautiful beyond words and I want to protect that! 

And lastly, for the people I love, I'll do anything to make them happy. I live each day to see the smiles on their faces. Life would be meaningless with them!
