Rocco is a 43 year old Sicilian living in New York Rocco works with one of the New York mafia families he has two clubs and 1 car selling pitch where he fronts his illegal operations 

Rocco's brother Gino is a 40 year old Sicilian living also in New York and runs a restaurant with an ex world champion boxer cold Johnny concrete who is 42 year old

Even though Rocco and Gino ar Brothers they are very different Gino decided that the gangster life was not for him when his best friend was gunned down for making a stupid remark to a mafia bosses wife by mistake he knew there and then there was no loyalty or love between none of them so he got out of the criminal life and found Johnny concrete. Johnny concrete was running a restaurant when Gino found him Johnny was in debt up to his eyeballs before Gino come alone and bought into the restaurant now the restaurant is very successful and people love to come and have good food and drink and listen to old boxing stories from Johnny concrete.

Rocco was out one night with the mafia family boss Sammy Rosso having a few drinks in one of Rocco's clubs they was sat by the bar with two other associates of Sammy's the man was called Tom and Michael they went everywhere with Sammy and both was Packing Heat.
Out of the blue a strange man walked over calling Sammy names and tried to attack him Rocco jump up and grabbed the man by the throat and punched him into the face about three times and dragged  him to the front door and throwed him out as as he was going through the door Rocco said to Sammy that's how you chuck  out the garbage Sammy then said to Rocco that he was having some trouble at one of his bars with some scumbags they keep going there and pestering the bartenders for free drink and causing trouble when they don't get what they want Rocco said I will sort them out for you if you want come on let's go over there now so they jumped into Sammy's car with Michael and Tom and drove over to the bar they parked the car at the front and got out Michael and Tom loaded guns just in case anything went wrong Rocco Sammy Michael and Tom all walked in together and they was just in luck the scumbags was there Rocco pulled out a nine inch blade and walked over to one of the scumbag men and cut him across the face just as he done that one of them throwed a beer bottle at him so he dodged out the way one was running towards him so Tom pulled the gun and shot him in the ribs the man drop to the ground as in that moment the rest of them ran and got away. Michael said he would deal with the man who was shot so Tom took Rocco and Sammy home.

Rocco got home about 1 o'clock in the morning and jumped straight into bed beside his wife Laura.
The time is now 4 o'clock in the morning a loud bang outside woke Rocco up he jumped out of bed and ran to the window and when he looked out he saw his car on fire in his driveway so he ran to the drawer and pulled out his Colt 45 and quickly ran down the stairs as he was exiting the stairs someone sideswiped him and hit him in the face with a gun and shot him twice.
