Today I met my soulmate
Today I fell in love
Today I felt like heaven finally heard my prayers
Today he proposed 
Today I said I do 
Today we made love
Today I told him we were pregnant 
Today I had our first child
Today he broke my heart 
Today I forgave him and let him stay
Today we were old and Grey sitting on our porch swing watching the grandkids play
Today I stood over his grave silent tears rolled down my face
Today I realized I was all alone
Today I started losing the first of my memories 
Today I forgot where I parked the car
Today I walked into our home and realized I didn't belong 
Today I couldn't remember our first date 
Today a lady who claimed she was our daughter took my to a even stranger place
Today I woke up to strangers instead of home
Today I was told I no longer had a home
Today the lady came to see me and with tears in her eyes begged me to remember her from another time
Today I wished I could but every time I try my mind goes blank
Today I saw a beautiful sight 
It was your beautiful face telling me to follow you and everything will be alright 
Maybe today ill finally have the courage to tell u how I feel
Maybe today you will notice me staring at you from across the room
Maybe today you and i can learn each others names
